Game Grotto Softworks is a multi-media production company creating video games and video game related content. The company was created by husband-and-wife duo Donovan and Meagan Gates in 2015. In 2020 Don and Meg began streaming on Twitch, and the Game Grotto grew into a community where creators share their love of gaming and art forms of all kinds.

Meg the slime represents the artistic aspects of video game development.
Meg has always been a lover of slime girls, and she is a coffee slime because she drinks way too much coffee! (You are what you eat in slime culture)
As a video game company, we wanted to meet fellow gamers and connect with the people who would one day play our video games titles. We wanted to show just who we are as developers, sharing our heart, our passion for creating games, and who we are as creators with the community.
Through streaming on Twitch, Game Grotto has met some amazing content creators. We teamed up with a few of these creators to form the Game Grotto Network, a group of wholesome, original, and incredibly talented streamers that stream together on a regular basis.
We also encourage small creators to share their game development, art, and content creation in our community, as well has host casting calls for video game projects made in the Game Grotto.
